Pumpkin Stuff

"EASY! Great for pumpkin lovers! A different dessert for Thanksgiving!"

• Ingredients: 12
• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 1 (16 ounce) can pumpkin
• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1⁄2 teaspoon nutmeg
• 3 eggs

• Topping Ingredients

• 1 yellow butter recipe cake mix
• 1 cup chopped pecans (or more)
• 1 cup melted butter

• Frosting Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 8 ounces softened cream cheese
• 2 cups Cool Whip

directions

1. Mix together all the stuff up to the TOPPING.
2. Then put it in a greased 9 by 13 inch pan and crumble the cake mix and pecans on top of it.
3. Pour melted butter over it all.
4. Bake it at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
5. When cool! Make frosting and smear on top and sprinkle some more pecans.
6. Refrigerate until serving time.

Absolutely Awesome!!!! There are several recipes on this site like this. I started making this a couple of years ago and it is a favorite of ours. Even my son, who doesn't like nuts in stuff [like me]said that this was a very good dessert!!
