Pumpkin Peanut Butter Fudge

ingredients
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin
- 1⁄4 cup coconut butter
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt (if peanut butter isn't salted)
directions
- Add all ingredients to a double boiler and stir until melted.
- Transfer to 5x7” baking dish or 8x4” loaf pan, lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Transfer to fridge for 3-4 hours, or until set.
- Cut into cubes and enjoy!
