- 1 yellow cake mix (can use gluten free)
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 15 ounces pumpkin
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1⁄2 ounces milk
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
directions
- In large mixing bowl, combine cake mix and butter until crumbly. Set aside 2/3 cup for topping. Press gently remained mixture into greased 13 x 9 dish.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese sugar, and 1 egg. Spread over the crust.
- In another bowl, beat 2 eggs, pumpkin, 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger and cloves and pour over cream cheese mixture.
- sprinkle the 2/3 cup of the crumb mixture over the top of the pumpkin layer.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 1 hour. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
