ingredients
- 3 cups puffed rice cereal (mumbra)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 4 dates
- 1 green chili pepper
- 4 teaspoons cilantro
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup cucumber, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup water
directions
- Roughly chop the dates and green chili, as needed to grind in your blender.
- Blend the dates, green chili and salt with water to form a thick syrup.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Serve as a snack or as a light dinner.
