Definitely a five star recipe! We used to have it as kids too! ;) I think it takes an aquired taste to enjoy it - my husband was new to it, so was turned off by the texture - but I just love the texture! Feels so yummy in my mouth! I believe the Dutch name for it is Parltje Brei... sounds like Puddelsy when you say it with the Dutch accent.
