ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup chopped prune
- 1⁄4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄2 lemon, zest of, finely grated
directions
- Combine ingredients in small saucepan. Cook over low heat until prunes are very soft. Puree with stick blender.
