Prickly Pear Martini (Alcoholic)

ingredients

• 1 prickly pear, peeled, cored, chopped
• 6 tablespoons tequila
• 1⁄2 lemon, juce of
• 10 ice cubes

directions

1. Blend the prickly pear to a puree.
2. Put 1 teaspoon of the puree in a cocktail shaker with the tequila & lemon juice, then add plenty of ice & shake thoroughly.
3. Strain into a glass to serve.
