  • Remove the heads and shells from the prawns and pan fry them in butter for 90 seconds each side. Allow to cool.
  • Cut the bread stick into slices (10) and lightly toast one side. Butter the toasted side.
  • Divide the lettuce leaves between the 10 slices of bread.
  • Fold each salmon slice onto the top of the lettuce.
  • Mix the mayonnaise, puree and tabasco until the colour is even.
  • Add 1 cooked prawn to each tapa and add a teaspoon of sauce.
  • Sprinkle the paprika powder over each tapa.
