DIRECTIONS

  • Shred lettuce.
  • Peel and cut avocado in fan like shapes.
  • Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, Tabasco and brandy together until an even pink colour.
  • Mix prawns into sauce, approx a handful per person.
  • Serve on top of lettuce with avocado on side of plate.
