- 180 g prawns
- 50 g chorizo sausage or 50 g lean bacon, if you are on slimming world
- 6 spring onions
- 1 red pepper, cut into small strips
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg, beaten
- 150 g rice
- soy sauce
- Chinese five spice powder, shaker
- 60 g frozen peas
- oil
