- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping
- 1⁄3 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup chopped pecans
- 1⁄4 cup melted butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
directions
- Combine potatoes, butter, brown sugar, orange juice, salt and cinnamon.
- Mix well.
- Spoon into buttered 2 qt casserole.
- Spread topping over mixture.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- For topping: Mix all ingredients until well blended.

I hate sweet potatoes but from now on, I will eat this every year for the holidays! I used fresh sweet potatoes and mixed everything up the night before so that all I had to do on the day of serving was pop it in the oven. Thanks for making a believer out of me! Now I can finally enjoy a traditional holiday dinner with everyone else!
