DIRECTIONS

  • Brown the chicken in the oil, then remove from skillet and keep warm.
  • In the same skillet, fry the bacon, onions, garlic, peppers. Cook until slightly softened.
  • Add tomatoes, chicken stock, bay leaf, thyme and Accent.
  • Put chicken in this mixture in pieces, cover and cook for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the chicken pieces to serving dish. Reduce the sauce slightly and add cream and parsley. Spoon sauce over the chicken and servie. Rice is a good accompaniment.
