LOVED IT! I can't wait to make this again, it tastes just like tamales, and the seasoning is perfect. I was amazed that the flavor was so good with so few ingredients. I couldn't find frozen pozole, so I bought canned Mexican white hominy. I cut the water in half and made it on top of the stove, cooking for about 3 1/2 hours. Absolutely delicious, thanks for a definite keeper Ellie!

I love cooking and trying different foods, but my favorite cookbooks are now Weight Watchers or low fat/low cal cookbooks as I tend to try and make low fat/low cal recipes. I lost over 90 pounds on Weight Watchers and have maintained for over a year now -- so my cooking/eating habits have changed drastically following my weight loss and to keep it off!
