  • Mushrooms: Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil.
  • Broil 8-10 minutes on low.
  • Dressing: Combine all ingredients and whisk.
  • Place lettuce, tomatoes, mushrooms, and dressing in large salad bowl. Toss.

  1. I really enjoyed this salad. I especially loved the sweetness of the dressing; it really goes well with the mushrooms, lettuce and cherry tomatoes! A definite keeper!
     
  2. Excellent salad and the addition of the broiled mushrooms were a nice added touch. The dressing was very good and a hit with my company. A little sweet for me so I may cut back on the sugar next time. thanks for sharing.
