Pork Tenderloin With Broccoli and Pineapple

ingredients
- 1⁄2 a lemon, juice of
- 1⁄4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 pinch stevia
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 4 -6 ounces sliced pork tenderloin
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1⁄2 cup grilled pineapple
directions
- Mix lemon juice, herbs, salt, stevia and cinnamon in a zippered bag. Add pork. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, though overnight is best.
- Grill pork over high heat turning one to two times for about 5-6 minutes total. Grill broccoli and pineapple for 30 seconds a side in a grill basket. Remove and serve with tenderloin.
- If you don't have a grill, you can broil the pork and pineapple. Heat he broiler pan first and add the pineapple just before serving.
