- 1 1⁄4 lbs boneless pork butt, cut in 1 inch chunks
- 1 (14 ounce) can crushed tomatoes in puree
- 1 packet beef and onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons sweet paprika
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon caraway seed
- 3⁄4 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 3 tablespoons snipped fresh dill
directions
- Mix the first 6 ingredients in a slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on LOW 7-9 hours until pork is tender.
- Stir in sour cream and dill.
- Serve over egg noodles.
