  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Season pork chops with salt and place in large baking dish.
  • Top each pork chop with an onion slice and a lemon slice.
  • Mix brown sugar and ketchup; spoon a couple of tablespoons over each chop.
  • Cover and bake 1 hour.
  • Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.

    Nix the brown sugar- trim that process and use Honey and/or Maple Syrup instead!

    We loved this recipe... The chops were really moist and tasty... Again, another easy recipe with a minimum of fuss.. It is really worth a try.

    Thank you for sharing Sharlene~W. I used sirloin chops they turned out to be moist, tender and very tasty. I served the chops with sauce over hot noodles and fresh peas.

    We use this recipe at work ( I am a cook in a hospital), except we usually make this for about 75-100 people. It is a wonderful recipe and everyone absolutely loves porkchops fixed this way. We never have leftovers when we fix this. Great way to fix chops.
