- 12 ounces lean boneless pork
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 cups water
- 1 (11 1/2 ounce) can bean with bacon soup
- 3 carrots, sliced
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
directions
- Cut pork in bite size strips and fry in oil until brown. Stir in water, soup, carrots, worcestershire sauce, and mustard.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 15 minutes.
