Pops Barbecue Sauce

"This recipe came from my granfather years ago and it has been passed down to me now by my mother. I think it is really good and easy to make."

• Yields: 2 cups
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups tomato sauce
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 4 1⁄2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
• 3⁄4 cup vinegar
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 2 garlic cloves (chopped)
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 1 large onion (chopped)

directions

1. Just put all ingredients together in a sauce pan. Bring to boil and then cook on low for about 20 minutes.
