- 1 rotisserie-cooked chicken
- 2 (3 7/8 ounce) boxes chicken rice-a-roni
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- 1 (12 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 - 1 1⁄2 cup slivered almonds
- crunchy chinese noodles
- 1 - 1 1⁄2 cup finely shredded cheese
- 2 (14 ounce) cans chicken broth (heated)
directions
- Shred chicken. Set out dishes containing above ingredients. Beginning with the rice, let guests begin stacking up ingredients. Rice, chicken, etc. Cover with chicken broth.
