  1. Made a little adjustment and it was delicious. Added a big carrot, a celery stick and a piece of celery root. Used chicken broth instead of beef broth. Blended everything. Everybody that tried it wants the recipe. Even my daughter in law (who does not eat vegetables) ate it and took left overs home.

  2. Followed the recipe exactly! I think, not enough tomatoes to much beef broth. Came out so so, I wouldn't make this soup again

  3. Great soup! Tastes just like what I ate as a kid. Super easy and quick to make. I added whole wheat egg noodles instead of the rice. Yum!

  4. I needed a recipe to use a large quantity of tomatoes from the garden and this was it! The soup was EXCELLENT and tasted EXACTLY like the soup I remember in Poland. I added some egg noodles at the end, instead of rice or croutons. I definitely recommend this recipe. I ate 3 bowls, dad had 2, and mom had 1...and everyone loved it! Thanks for posting this recipe.
