Polish Coleslaw

Coleslaw with a twist! It goes with any kind of meat.

ingredients
- 300 g finely chopped white cabbage
- 300 g finely chopped red cabbage
- 1 red long chili pepper (or green)
- 4 celery root
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar (or balsamic)
- 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
- salt
- black pepper
directions
- In a bowl mix all the veggies.
- Mix the sauce ingredients in another bowl and pour over the sliced veggies.
- Before serving toss again.
