  1. I am 100% Polish, and the original Polish receipt from Warsaw area, the one my Grandma , my Mom and now my lovely Polish Wife does, has the butter melted on the skillet together with the breadcrumbs, don't let it boil though!, Just when it starts to thicken, take it off the stove, keep stirring and if it is to dry, you can always add more butter( or the other way around) also, for a whole cauliflower, you need more breadcrumbs, at least 1/4 cup.

  2. Good stuff - I can eat almost a whole head of cauliflower by myself when it's made like this. I go old school with the butter, though - using more like a whole stick, slowly browned to get that great nutty taste.....

  3. We always made it with butter and breadcrumbs.. yum! However, I love dill so on mine I added dill to try it and I did like it... Now I can love it a few ways...Thank you so much for more ways to use my herbs... I think herbs make vegies!

  4. Pretty good, but I wish I had used a little more butter and breadcrumbs. Thanks for sharing!

  5. This dish was really easy, and everybody liked it. I followed this recipe exactly. The breadcrumb mixture lightly coated the cauliflower. Next time I'd add black pepper and garlic. It would be a great recipe to try with frozen broccoli/cauliflower. Thanks for posting!
