  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 12 cup ice cube
  • 14 cup instant chocolate drink mix (such as Nestle's Nesquick) or 1/4 cup strawberry drink mix (such as Nestle's Nesquick)
  • 14 cup chocolate frozen yogurt or 1/4 cup non-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons aerosol whipped cream

directions

  • Place milk, ice, flavor powder for milk and frozen yogurt in blender. Cover and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses; top with whipped cream. Serve immediately.
