- 3 cups japenese plum wine
- 3 cups sparkling water
- 12 tablespoons lime juice
- 12 lime slices
- ice
directions
- Line up 12 white wine glasses, fill with ice.
- In each glass, pour 1/4 cup Japanese plum wine, 1/4 cup sparkling water, and 1 T. lime juice.
- Garnish with lime slices, serve.

Tastes exactly like Sprite! Good, but needs something...muddled mint? I bet mint would make more of a mojito type drink. Also, for me, this was still too sweet. I made it with 1 part plum wine, 2 parts soda. Next time, more lime and some mint. -
