Plant City Strawberry Delight

"This is a sweet strawberry drink that will make your tongue slap your eyebrows! Make it at least once, and you will be hooked!"

 

• Ready In: 5mins
• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 2

ingredients

• 1 1⁄2 cups crushed ice
• 6 ounces frozen sliced strawberries (in sugar)
• 4 ounces frozen pink lemonade concentrate
• 2 ounces light rum
• 4 ounces Cool Whip

directions

1. Combine ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Top with a dollop Cool Whip.
2. You can omit rum for virgin, child-friendly drinks!

This is so good, even without the rum! Made for DS and myself for an afternoon treat and it was perfect! A little tangy but not too much; the whipped cream helped to sweeten it up a little. Will make these again after I have my baby and add the rum!! Made for 2012 Spring PAC.

Wow, what a wonderful cocktail. I made two versions, one with rum and a virgin one... both were great, sweet tart and tangy. Made as written and wouldn't change a thing. Quick and easy, also very, very really tasty. Made for Think Pink Breast Cancer Awareness 2015.
