ingredients
- 6 hard-cooked eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon finely chopped onion, if desired
- paprika
directions
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
- Press yolks through a sieve. Add all remaining ingredients except paprika. Blend until smooth. Fill egg whites.
- Sprinkle with paprika. Chill.
