I made this to serve with chicken curry as I am no longer eating rice and it didn't disappoint, in fact I liked it better than rice. I followed the recipe and it turned out lovely light and fluffy, This will be made a few times a week, not just with curry but it has lot's of possibilities. thank you for posting.
