  • Knead some dough from water, 1/2 of the olive oil and flour. Roll out until about 3mms thick.
  • Spread the tomato sauce of your choice on the dough, sprinkle with herbes the provence.
  • Roll up into a big burritto like shape, cut into individual little rolls.
  • Set on some baking paper, brush with the rest of the olive oil, sprinkle with caraway and salt.
  • Bake in about 250 Celcius for 25 minutes or until gold.
