- 1 1 glass tomato soup or 1 glass catsup
- 500 g plain flour
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 glasses water
- 1 tablespoon herbes de provence
- 1 tablespoon caraway seed
- 2 tablespoons sea salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Knead some dough from water, 1/2 of the olive oil and flour. Roll out until about 3mms thick.
- Spread the tomato sauce of your choice on the dough, sprinkle with herbes the provence.
- Roll up into a big burritto like shape, cut into individual little rolls.
- Set on some baking paper, brush with the rest of the olive oil, sprinkle with caraway and salt.
- Bake in about 250 Celcius for 25 minutes or until gold.
