Pizza Oatmeal

"This savory oatmeal is like a warm bowl of pizza. I know not everyone will like it, but I do and I hope you do too. The toppings can be varied depending the type of 'pizza' you like and amounts can be changed to suit your taste. My version is vegetarian."

  1. It was tasty the original way, but for others I decided to modify it a bit. I used a cup of oats, the same amount of water, a TBS of ground flax, and let it soak for a while without cooking. Then I stirred in the rest of the ingredients, added a tsp. + of baking powder, and baked it on a shallow pan for about 15-20 minutes. Cut into pieces it was very pizza like... and far healthier!
