    medium lightly breaded tilapia fillets (I just used the breaded tilapia fillets that you can get at Costco. You don't have to use tilapia fi)
  • 1
    (15 ounce) can basic spaghetti sauce
  • 2
    tablespoons italian seasoning
  • 2
    tablespoons minced garlic (this is optional, I LOVE garlic)

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Spray 8X8 glass baking dish with Pam or other cooking spray.
  • Lay fillets on single layer in dish.
  • Spread minced garlic evenly over fillets.
  • Sprinkle Italian seasoning over fillets.
  • Layer shredded mozzarella cheese over fillets.
  • Sprinkle some more Italian seasoning over the top of the fillets (optional).
  • Bake at 425 for thirty minutes.
