    cup sugar

DIRECTIONS

  • Heat oil on stove till temp reaches 350.
  • Roll out pizza dough on counter with rolling pin till about 1/8 inch thick.
  • Use a pizza cutter to cut into small triangles, about the size of a tortilla chip.
  • Mix sugar and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  • Deep fry triangles in batches. Don't turn your back because these puppies fry up quick.
  • Drain on paper towels and throw in the bowl of sugar, shaking back and forth to coat evenly.
