Pistachio Cake and Frosting

ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix (small box)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup 7-Up soda
- 3⁄4 cup vegetable oil
- 1⁄2 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

FROSTING
- 2 envelopes Dream Whip
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant pistachio pudding mix (small box)
- 1 1⁄2 cups cold milk
directions
- CAKE: Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl all at once.
- Pour into greased and floured 9x13" pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Cool completely and make frosting: Put all ingredients into large bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Frost cooled cake and sprinkle with chopped walnuts, if desired.

This was awesome i made it for my husband on his birthday St. Patrick's Day I made two round cake pans instead for the filling I used half a block of cream chesse let it sit out @ room temp. added a dash of cinnammon and extra nuts I had left over mixed well till soften spread it and then frosted it according to recipe it came out awesome. thanks!!!!!
