"I am newly vegetarian and I have discovered this concoction. It is very tasty on half a pita with sprouts, red pepper, fresh basil and some fat free cheese."

  1. Yes I was wondering if it was cumin, curry and garlic powder to taste or if you added 2 tbsp of each as it seems like alot!

  1. Delicious!! I didn't have yogurt on hand so I used a dollop of mayo instead and added a little tumeric and sea salt in addition to the spices mentioned to some mashed pinto beans I had already made the night before.

  2. We don't put this on bread but either pita's or tortilla's. The kids thought they wouldn't like it, but after awhile of seeing me enjoy it most of the tribe enjoys it now

  3. Excellent way of getting some extra beany goodness into the kids. Best eaten with something else although it works as a quick bean dip.
