Pink Panties

"This is a good "girl's night out" drink. My friends and I recently had a Lingerie party and this was served....WOW they were yummy!! I'm posting it so that I don't lose the recipe."

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 16 ounces frozen pink lemonade concentrate
• 1 cup canadian mist whiskey
• 1 cup water
• 4 ounces Cool Whip
• crushed ice

directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender with half cup of crushed ice.
2. Blend until smooth.

Mmm! Made for the October 2008 Think Pink tag game. I find that the cans of lemonade mix available are all 12 oz, and truly that's plenty because even with that amount and all other ingredients measured as written, the tartness is a bit overwhelming. I love tart and sour flavors, but even so I added probably another 2 oz of Cool Whip and another 1/2 cup of crushed ice. At that point this was pleasant for me, but I imagine those who like things on the sweeter side could use an entire 8 oz container of Cool Whip with no problem. The finished drink, after sitting a minute or so, has a frothy pinkish white top with a darker pink bottom layer. Definitely a fun party drink.
