  • 1 serrano pepper
  • 1 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 cup gold tequila
  • 1 tablespoon agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro

  • Cut serrano in half, rough dice the 1/2, keeping most seeds & pulp. Put in shaker and muddle to get the juices out.
  • Add 3 shots tequila, 1 1/2 shots lime juice, & 1 1/2 shots pineapple juice, and generous squeeze of agave nectar.
  • Cover & shake.
  • Strain over ice.
  • Garnish with chopped cilantro.
