ingredients
- 1 serrano pepper
- 1 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup gold tequila
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
directions
- Cut serrano in half, rough dice the 1/2, keeping most seeds & pulp. Put in shaker and muddle to get the juices out.
- Add 3 shots tequila, 1 1/2 shots lime juice, & 1 1/2 shots pineapple juice, and generous squeeze of agave nectar.
- Cover & shake.
- Strain over ice.
- Garnish with chopped cilantro.
