ingredients
- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon superfine sugar (or simple syrup, to taste)
- 2 ounces light rum
- club soda
directions
- In shaker filled with ice, blend pineapple juice, sugar/syrup and rum; strain into chilled hurricane glass with ice cubes.
- Fill with Club Soda; stir.

I used simple syrup. It was a very good drink. Me and DH both liked it. Not too sweet. Thanks Bev. Made for 123 hit wonders -
This was pretty good, I did end up adding another 1-2 ounces of pineapple juice as it wasn't quite sweet enough for me. I liked the combination of flavors - this is a strong one!
