  • Mix the flours and baking powder together.
  • Make a well in the centre and add the oil and milk.
  • Mix to form a soft dough.
  • Divide the dough into 12 even-sized pieces.
  • Flatten each piece into a small square, spread with a little tomato sauce or chutney, place the quarter sausage on the dough and roll up.
  • Bake at 200°C for 10 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
