- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 cup shortening
- 5 tablespoons cold water
directions
- mix in flour ,salt cut in shortening, sprinkle with water 1 tbsp at a time till loose flour is gone roll in to ball and roll out with a rolling pin makes 2 crusts.
