- 24 eggs
- 2 cans whole beets
- cider vinegar
- sugar
directions
- While eggs are boiling, Drain beets, mix equal parts of beet juice, vinegar, sugar and add to gallon jar.
- When eggs are done, peel and add to jar, then add beets to cover.
- Will be ready in 3 days.
- I add some thinly sliced onions to mine.
