This was really tasty! At the last minute I though I had peanuts and I didn't. I used 1 Tbsp of peanut butter instead, my wife did not notice the peanut taste, but I thought it was a little strong. Next time I will have to remember the peanuts! We use less onions because they're not our favorite. Also, I wasn't sure what to do with the jalapenos, so I just plopped them in and let them simmer whole. It did not make the meal too spicy.
