Perfect Peanut Butter Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies

  • Beat butter, peanut butter, and sugars until fluffy.
  • Add in egg and vanilla. Beat until well mixed.
  • Add in flour, oatmeal, and baking soda and mix until all incorporated.
  • Add chocolate chips.
  • Drop by Tbsp or cookie scoop on cookie sheet.
  • Bake 350 degrees for 13 minutes.
  • Allow to cool on baking sheet 10 minutes before transferring to wire rack to cool completely.

  1. Cilantro in Canada
    I saw this recipe this morning and since I had all the ingredients on hand, I made them right away. They are easy and taste so good. Mine cooked in 11 minutes. My son liked them so much he took them to the pool he volunteers at, to give to the Lifeguards who work there. Thanks for the recipe.
