I live in Colombia and the only salsa here is waaay too sweet. This recipe is a great copy cat of Pace brand salsa! Mine turned out with a texture somewhere between their picante sauce and thick and chunky salsa. After reading the reviews I started with half the jalapeño liquid. It wasn't very spicy (our fresh jalapeños are on the small side) or zingy so I added more jalapeño liquid and chopped canned jalapeños towards the end and it turned out perfect. Thanks for such a great copycat recipe!
