This was a wonderful solution to an unhappy combination of a migraine and a sinus infection. I used one of those spa facial steamers which only takes about a cup of water, so reduced the oils accordingly. The peppermint made it easier to breathe and the rosemary was very relaxing. Just the smell alone was wonderful - I'm thinking about doing this on the stovetop as a simmering potpourri type of thing. Thanks for posting a wonderful, pampering (and super easy!) spa luxury that can be easily done at home. :)

I made this last night for my fiance, who is suffering from a head cold. I left out the rosemary oil and doubled the peppermint oil. He said it not only allowed him to breathe better, but made his throat a little less scratchy too. I could feel it opening my sinuses just standing next to him. Great remedy; thanks!

This was great, recently quit smoking (2W 1D to be detailed) and I have been feeling really depressed and yucky. This was a great pick me up. The peppermint vapour was great when I took deep breaths. And the Rosemary soothed my nerves something I really needed. BUT the best bit was after the steam!! My skin was radiant!! It glowed AND i looked really healthy!! Thank you very much Rebekah826 for the great pick me up.
