Peppermint-Lavender Dry Skin Toner

"Here's a nice gift idea for your sweetie - or yourself! This is so refreshing and tingly, particularly in the summer when the toner has been in the fridge and you pat it on your face ... I love the feeling of the peppermint. As always, test this in an inconspicuous place to be sure that you have no allergies to any ingredients."

  1. How refreshing! This is wonderful to cool off your face, and neck, and even hot and tired feet. I am certainly going to be using this often here in Texas this summer. Thank you so much EdsGirl! (And hubby thanks you, too!!)

  2. I love this! It's very refreshing and cooling in the summer heat. It helps remove traces of makeup that your cleanser leaves behind.
