- 1 lb frozen shrimp
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli florets
- 12 ounces penne pasta
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4 cup onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 parmesan cheese, grated
directions
- Cook pasta and drain.
- In a large skillet, saute garlic and onion in butter, oil, and salt until tender.
- Add broccoli. Cook and stir for about 6 minutes.
- Add shrimp. Cook for another 5 minutes, or until shrimp is pink and broccoli is tender.
- Stir in pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
