DIRECTIONS

  • Mix mozzarella, tomatoes, oil and vinegar.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cover with a cloth and let sit at room temperature for an hour or so.
  • Add basil and toss.
  • Cook sausage and slice.
  • Cook pasta, drain, and return to pot.
