Peanut Butter Protein Granola

directions
- Melt the margarine, peanut butter, and honey until smooth.
- Add vanilla, salt, and protein powder.
- When mixture is well combined, add the rolled oats and raisins, if desired.
- Spread onto cookie sheet or 13X9 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool in the pan.
- Break it into pieces and store in an airtight container.

This sounds REALLY delicious and healthy. There are no eggs or milk so I'm going to try a different method. Mix it all and roll into balls instead of baking it. THANKS for the great recipe. UPDATE: I made the balls but had to add more peanut butter and a little more honey. I also used dried cranberries instead of raisins. Delicious!
