Peanut Butter-Orange Sandwich Filling

"My niece loves this. She likes it on crackers or in a sandwich."

• Yields: 2 cs.

ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter, crunchy
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup orange, peeled,diced

directions

1. Thoroughly mix peanut butter, honey, and salt.
2. Stir in oranges.
3. Chill.
4. Use about 1/3 cup filling per sandwich.
5. Filling can be made the day before using.
6. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator.
7. Stir lightly before making sandwiches.
