- 2 cups sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3⁄4 cup peanut butter
directions
- For easy cutting and clean up, line your 8x8 or 9x9 pan with aluminum foil! (I actually used a meatloaf pan LOL).
- Bring sugar and milk to a boil.
- Boil 2 1/2 minutes, remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
- Set aside to cool. When the fudge is completely set, lift aluminum foil and cut into bite size pieces!

Wonderful recipe! I've made it three times now. (Didn't want to give a review until I messed it up at least once, which I knew I would, haha) So the only thing I would like to point out to anyone looking into making this delicious fudge, is that if you don't cook the sugar and milk long enough before mixing in the peanut butter and vanilla, the fudge will not set up. It will be absolutely terrible.. :P But other than me messing it up once, this turns out perfectly every time. I even doubled the recipe today when I made it. Perfect!
